18 ozs Spaghetti
butter
8 Tbsps Caviar
Crème fraiche

Preparation steps

1.
Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
2.
Drain (keep some of the water) and mix with 1 tbsp butter and 2-3 tbsp of the boiled water. Season with ground black pepper and arrange onto plates.
3.
Place 2 tbsp caviar and 1 tbsp creme fraiche on each plate and serve immediately.
