- 300 grams Tagliatelle
- 200 grams Tomato quark (with basil, frozen)
- 125 milliliters milk
- 100 grams freshly grated Edam cheese
- 1 egg
- salt
- peppers
- 1 large Tomato
- 200 grams Smoked ham
- 1 can green Beans (220 grams, drained)
- butter (for the pan)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Butter baking pan. Whisk quark with milk, 80 grams (approximately 2 1/2 ounces) of cheese and egg. Rinse and chop tomato. Dice smoked pork.

Drain pasta and beans well. Mix both with smoked pork, tomato and quark mixture. Spread in a baking pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
