300 grams Tagliatelle
200 grams Tomato quark (with basil, frozen)
125 milliliters milk
100 grams freshly grated Edam cheese
1 egg
salt

1 large Tomato
200 grams Smoked ham
1 can green Beans (220 grams, drained)
butter (for the pan)

Preparation steps

1.

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Butter baking pan. Whisk quark with milk, 80 grams (approximately 2 1/2 ounces) of cheese and egg. Rinse and chop tomato. Dice smoked pork.  

2.

Drain pasta and beans well. Mix both with smoked pork, tomato and quark mixture. Spread in a baking pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (approximately 400°F) for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
