- 2 cups sliced almonds (toasted)
- 14 ozs Cooked chicken (torn into pieces)
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice

1 Small pot, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Casserole dish, 1 Bowl, 2 Small bowls, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Whisk, 1 Hand mixer, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Oven rack, 4 Oven-proof ramekins (à 125 ml), 1 Rubber spatula
Preparation steps
1.
Wash the parsley thoroughly, pat dry and break into small sprigs.
2.
Place the parsley into serving bowls and scatter over the chicken and almonds.
3.
Mix together the oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and serve alongside the salad.
