- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 Tbsps sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- ⅜ cup milk
- ⅜ cup mineral water
- 2 Tbsps melted butter
- ⅛ cup butter
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Pineapple
- Maple syrup

Preparation steps
1.
Put the flour, salt, sugar, eggs and egg yolk into a bowl and beat to a smooth batter.

Add the milk and mineral water, stir in the melted butter and leave to stand for 1 hour.

Heat the butter in a frying pan. With a small ladle, pour some crepe mixture into the pan and swirl the pan to ensure the mixture is evenly spread over the base. Fry until light brown, turn over with a palette knife and fry the other side. Make 8 crepes in this way and keep warm in the oven.
4.
Halve the crepes, fold again and spear on cocktail sticks. Decorate either with berries and pieces of fruit and arrange on plates. Serve with maple syrup.
