Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Peel and trim the parnsips. Halve the parsnips lengthwise. Mix the olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, and honey. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the parsnips with the honey mixture, spread on a baking sheet, and roast for 30 minutes turning occasionally.
