Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F). Peel the parsnips, and guarter lengthwise. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 40 minutes in the oven, turning occasionally. Remove from the oven and serve in a dish.
