- 4 Camembert (about 80 g)
- 6 ripe Figs
- ½ red onion
- 1 Tbsp Canola oil
- salt
- peppers
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch allspice
- 1 Tbsp Acacia honey
- 3 Tbsps chopped Walnut
- fresh thyme (for garnish)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F). Place the camembert on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the camembert for 8-10 minutes. Rinse and dry the figs, then cut into quarters. Peel and finely chop the red onion. Heat the oil in a pan, and sauté the onion and figs. Season to taste with salt, pepper, cinnamon, and allspice. Remove from the heat, add the honey, and mix until combined.

Cut the camembert into slices, and arrange on plates. Add the fig mixture and sprinkle with the walnuts. Garnish with the thyme and serve.
