Preparation steps

1.

Cook the pasta until al dente in boiling salted water.

2.

Peel 2 of the oranges with a sharp knife, remove all of the pith, cut in half lengthwise and cut into half-slices, season with plenty of pepper and mix with the olive oil.

3.

Squeeze 1 orange sand add the juice to the orange slice mixture.

4.

Zest the orange until you have 2 tablespoons of zest.

5.

Drain the noodles, and mix with the orange slice mixture. Arrange on your plates, and garnish with the orange zest.
