1 ½ liters milk
250 milliliters condensed milk
8 sweet Oranges
1 tsp ground Cardamom
Shelled pistachio (chopped)

Preparation steps

Bring the milk to boil in a nonstick pot, then reduce the heat and let it boil until the milk reduces by half, stirring constantly. Then add in the condensed milk and cook for another 20 minutes while stirring.

Let the milk cool slightly, then refrigerate and allow to cool well.

To prepare the orange cream, squeeze out the juice from 6 oranges and cut out the fillets from the remaining oranges. Add the orange juice with half of the orange fillets to the prepared milk and stir well. Stir in the cardamom powder.

Pour the orange cream into small bowls, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and garnish with the remaining orange fillets. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes and serve immediately.
