- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps parsley
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 50 grams almonds
- 50 grams lupin flour
- peppers (freshly ground)
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Mix the olives with the lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, and thyme. Add the rosemary and almonds and puree in a blender. Add the olives and puree briefly.
2.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with baguette.
