1 Hand mixer, 1 Fine grater, 1 Bowl, 1 Small bowl, 1 Immersion blender, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Citrus juicer, 1 Large knife, 1 Cutting board, 2 Baking sheets, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Small knife, 1 Fine-mesh sieve, 1 Whisk, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Mixing bowl, 1 deep bowl, 1 Rubber spatula
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6.
2.
Place the bream in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon zest.
3.
Pour in the oil and add the tomatoes and olives. Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes, until the fish is cooked. Garnish with basil.
