- ⅔ cup Dark chocolate (80 % cocoa solids, chopped)
- ⅜ cup cream
- ⅔ cup milk
- 1 Tbsp Corn starch
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- 2 Tbsps ground Walnut (to garnish)
- 2 Tbsps cocoa powder
- 4 Tbsps chopped Walnut (to garnish)

1 Skillet, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Aluminum foil
Preparation steps
1.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl standing over a half-filled saucepan of barely simmering water.
2.
Put the cream into a pan with the milk and heat. Mix the cornflour with a little water, stir into the boiling milk and briefly return to the boil.
3.
Stir in the sugar, walnuts, melted chocolate and cocoa powder.
4.
Divide the cream between 4 glasses, scatter with walnuts and chill for at least 1 hour.
