- ½ cup butter (softened)
- ⅞ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- ½ cup chopped almonds
- ⅓ cup white Chocolate chip

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) 400F gas 6 and line a cookie sheet with baking parchment.
2.
Cream together the brown sugar, butter and egg.
3.
Mix together the flour and baking powder and fold into the butter mixture along with the nuts and chocolate chips.
4.
Using two teaspoons, spoon small piles of cookie dough onto the cookie sheet, flatten slightly and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
