Chocolate cookie (crushed to crumbs)

coarsely grated Chocolate (70% cocoa solids)

Preparation steps

1.
Mix together the butter and biscuit crumbs. Press into the base and sides of a 23cm|9”flan dish. Chill while you make the filling.
2.
Melt the marshmallows and milk in a pan over a low heat, stirring. Pour into a bowl, cool, then chill until thickened.
3.
Stir in the liqueurs.
4.
Whisk the cream until thick and fold into the mixture until combined.
5.
Put into the biscuit case and chill until firm. Decorate with grated chocolate.
