24 prepared, thin wafer cookie
6 cups Ice cream (vanilla; chocolate and strawberry)

Preparation steps

1.
Lay out 12 cookies, flat side facing up.
2.
Cut each pint of ice cream into four equal rounds for a total of 12 rounds. A simple trick is to lay the pint of ice cream on its side and cut completely through the cardboard packaging, leaving the cardboard intact, until you arrange the ice cream portion on the cookie. Top with the remaining cookies. Carefully remove the paper packaging and you will have a nice smooth ice cream sandwich. Serve immediately or wrap individually with plastic wrap and freeze until ready to serve.
