1 Red Bell pepper
2 carrots
2 scallions
1 maturity Mango
2 Tbsps Corn oil

30 grams butter

Preparation steps

Put rice in boiling broth and cook for about 20 minutes at medium heat. Meanwhile rinse and trim vegetables. Cut bell peppers into small cubes, cut zucchini lengthwise into quarters and slice and grate carrots coarsely. Trim and cut spring onions into thin rings.

Peel mango--the pulp, without cutting the core--and cut into small cubes. Trim garlic, chop finely and cook in a pan with hot oil glassy. Sauté with vegetables briefly. Add mango cubes to cooked rice, mix and flavor everything with soy sauce, sambal oelek.

In another pan, melt butter, beat eggs and fry into fried eggs. Add salt and pepper. Taste Nasi Goreng, arrange on plates, put a fried egg on top of each and serve.
