500 grams mussels
100 milliliters dry white wine
2 sprigs rosemary
500 grams Spaghetti
salt
100 grams black Olives (pitted)
2 fresh garlic cloves
3 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse mussels thoroughly and trim as needed. Boil wine in a pan with rosemary. Add mussels and cook for about 5 minutes until all mussel shells have opened. Drain mussels and reserve cooking liquids. Allow mussels to cool and then remove meat from the shells.

Cook pasta in a pot of salted water until al dente.

Drain olives and cut into fine strips. Peel garlic and squeeze in a garlic press. Heat oil in a pan and briefly saute garlic. Add olives, fry briefly and then add mussels. Mix mussels and drained pasta in the pan. Arrange mussels and pasta on warmed plates as desired, add cooking broth if desired and serve.
