1 garlic clove
2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsps olive oil
½ tsp freshly chopped thyme
½ tsp freshly chopped rosemary

Preparation steps

Peel and trim the mushrooms. Blanch the mushrooms in boiling salted water with the lemon juice and bay leaf. Rinse the peppers, remove the seeds, and cut into pieces. Remove the mushrooms from the water and drain well.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix the vinegar with the olive oil, garlic, and herbs. Mix the mushrooms and peppers in a bowl, then add the marinade. Let marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
