- 1 l Vegetable broth
- 250 grams Mother hen
- salt
- 200 grams Spiral pasta (or fussili)
- Red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsps scallions
- Chives (for garnish)

Preparation steps
1.
Boil broth. Rinse and chop mushrooms. Season broth with salt and add noodles. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Season with salt, red pepper flakes and chives. Serve garnished with chives.
