400 grams Mushrooms
1 onion
1 bunch parsley
30 grams butter
salt (and pepper)
6 White rolls
¼ l milk
2 eggs
40 grams Pastry flour

Preparation steps

Rinse and chop the mushrooms. Peel and finely chop the onion. Rinse the parsley, pat dry and finely chop. Melt the butter in a pan. Saute the onion and parsley. Add the mushrooms and saute for about 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool. Cut the rolls into small cubes, place in a bowl and pour in warm milk. Mix the flour and eggs into the milk mixture. Mix the mushroom mixture into the milk mixture, until a dough forms. Bring a large pot of salt water to a boil. With wet hands, form the dough into large dumplings. Cook the dumplings for about 20 minutes.

Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon. Serve immediately.
