- 4 Portobello Mushroom (caps)
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers
- 1 Tbsp chopped thyme
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (finely sliced)
- 4 Burger buns (split in half)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 200°C (180° fan) 400°F gas 6. Grease a baking tray.
2.
Brush the mushroom caps with oil and place dark side up, on the baking tray.
3.
Whisk together the vinegar, oil, garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over the mushrooms and sprinkle with thyme and garlic. Leave to stand for 15 minutes.
4.
Bake for about 20 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender.
5.
Heat the grill.
6.
Toast the burger buns and set aside.
7.
Place the mushrooms on the buns. Garnish with lettuce, radishes and serve with chips.
