- 300 grams stale white bread
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- Sea salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 100 grams button Mushroom
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps freshly chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 60 grams Parmesan
Preparation steps

Preheat the broiler.

Thinly slice the bread, then break into large pieces and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 2-3 tablespoons of oil, then season with salt and pepper. Toast until golden brown under the broiler, about 5 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. Remove from the oven and cool briefly.

Clean the mushrooms and thinly slice.
4.
For the dressing, peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix with the parsley, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and the remaining oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
