- 3 cups ground Beef
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 cups canned Tomatoes
- 1 ½ cups canned Kidney beans
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp ground Cumin
- Lime wedge (to serve)
- Tortilla chip (to serve)

Preparation steps
1.
Season the beef and divide between four large microwaveable mugs. Cook on high for 5 - 7 minutes until no longer pink.
2.
Carefully remove from the microwave and divide the remaining ingredients apart from the lime wedges and tortilla chips between the mugs.
3.
Stir well, cover with clingfilm, and cook on medium for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
4.
Carefully remove from the microwave and leave to stand for a few minutes before seasoning to taste. Serve with tortilla chips and lime wedges on the side.
