- 4 balls Mozzarella (about 500 grams)
- 8 slices Prosciutto
- Chives
- 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 handful Arugula
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- cayenne pepper
- colorful peppers
- Basil (to garnish)

Preparation steps

Drain the mozzarella and cut the balls in half. Wrap the mozzarella halves in the prosciutto. Tie with the chives, blanched briefly if needed to soften. Rinse and half the tomatoes. Rinse and shake dry the arugula. Serve with the tomatoes, arugula, and mozzarella on a plate.
2.
Whisk the vinegar with the lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt, sugar, and cayenne pepper. Drizzle over the plate and serve garnished with colored peppers and basil.
