- 200 grams Arugula
- 125 grams Mozzarella
- 12 ripe Figs
- 6 slices Prosciutto (10 grams each)
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- salt
- peppers

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse arugula, trim and spin dry. Cut mozzarella into cubes.
2.
Rinse figs and cut lengthwise into quarters. Cut prosciutto slices in half, shape into nests and wrap around the bottoms of the figs.
3.
Mix arugula with mozzarella and arrange on 4 plates. Top with prosciutto and figs.
4.
Mix vinegar with oil, season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad.
