Moist Yoghurt Sandwich Cake

2 Non-stick pans, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Small knife, 1 Cutting board, 1 Fork, 1 Mandoline, 1 Peeler, 1 Teaspoon, 1 Paper towel
Heat the oven to 180°C (160°C in a fan oven), 350°F, gas 4 and grease a cake tin.
Melt the butter and leave it to cool. Mix the yogurt with the eggs, sugar, vanilla seeds, salt, orange zest, rum and the melted butter. Mix together the semolina and the baking powder and stir it in to the first mixture.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs in the cake tin and add the dough. Bake in the middle of the oven for 45 minutes. Remove from the tin and leave to cool.
Remove the cake from the tin and half horizontally. Spread the jam on one half and place the other half on top. Slice and serve.
