200 grams Corn kernel (canned)
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
4 Tbsps olive oil
juice of a Limes
4 small Tomatoes
1 onion
salt
freshly ground pepper
250 grams semi-hard Sliced cheese (sliced, such as Trappist)
2 bunches Arugula
1 handful Spinach

Preparation steps

1.

Drain the corn.

Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices.

3.

Peel the onion, cut lengthwise into quarters and crosswise into thin strips.

4.

Rinse and trim the spinach and arugula and shake dry.

5.

Arrange the spinach leaves on a plate along with the arugula, corn, tomato and onion strips. Arrange the cheese decoratively on top.

6.

For the dressing, mix the oil, vinegar and lime juice and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the salad drizzled with the dressing.
