Preparation steps

Rinse lettuce and watercress and spin dry. Mix lettuce and watercress in a bowl with 4 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons cider vinegar and season with salt and pepper.

Transfer mixed salad to plates and sprinkle each with goat cheese. Drizzle with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil and serve immediately. Serve with a fresh baguette if desired.
