Ingredients

For the salad
250 grams Cherry tomatoes
50 grams Radicchio
50 grams Spinach
50 grams Oak leaf lettuce (Or to taste)
1 small Zucchini
150 grams Emmentaler cheese (in slices)
150 grams cooked ham (in slices)
2 hardboiled eggs
2 parsley
For the salad dressing
150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 Tbsp Fruit Vinegar
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 pinch sugar
1 pinch salt
2 Tbsps freshly grated Horseradish (or from a jar)

Preparation steps

1.

For the salad dressing, mix yogurt with vinegar and lemon juice, season with salt and sugar and mix in the horseradish.

For the salad, rinse and halve the tomatoes.

3.

Rinse zucchini, cut off ends and cut into narrow pieces, about 6 cm (approximately 2 inches) long.

4.

Separate radicchio, lettuce and spinach leaves, rinse and spin dry.

5.

Peel eggs and finely chop the egg whites. Mash the yolks and mix with the salad dressing.

6.

Cut ham and cheese into wide strips, approximately 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch).

7.

Arrange spinach, lettuce and radicchio on plates and top with tomato halves, zucchini, cheese and ham. Sprinkle with chopped egg whites and parsley. Serve the salad dressing alongside.
