2.333 cups plain flour
1 Tbsp Baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
salt
¾ cup caster sugar
1 ⅛ cups natural Yogurt
½ cup butter (melted)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 large Banana (peeled and diced)
1 cup Strawberries (sliced)

Preparation steps

1.
Heat the oven to 190C|375F|gas mark 5. Arrange 12 paper cases in a muffin tin.
2.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt into a mixing bowl.
3.
In another bowl mix together the sugar, yoghurt, melted butter and eggs.
4.
Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently. Quickly stir in the banana and strawberries. Do not over mix, the mixture will be lumpy.
5.
Spoon the mixture into the paper cases and bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden.
6.
Leave to cool on a wire rack.
