500 milliliters Buttermilk
2 Tbsps crushed flaxseed

Preparation steps

Rinse the mint and lemon balm, remove the leaves, and coarsely chop. Peel and dice the cucumber. Quarter the avocado, and remove the seed. Peel the fruit and dice into cubes. Drizzle the avocado with the lime juice. Puree the cucumber, avocado, and buttermilk in a blender. Mix in the herbs and flaxseed, and puree briefly. If too thick, thin the smoothie with a little cold water. Pour the smoothie into glasses, and serve.
