- 2 honeydew melon
- 1 cut Watermelon
- 250 milliliters white Port wine
- 125 milliliters dry white wine
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 70 grams powdered sugar
- fresh mint
- 250 grams very thinly sliced Prosciutto
Preparation steps
1.
Halve cantaloupes and remove seeds. Halve watermelon and remove seeds.
2.
Cut out balls with a melon baller out of cantaloupes and watermelon.
3.
Combine port wine, white wine, powdered sugar, lemon juice and mint leaves. Cover melon balls wth a wine mixture and refrigerate for 24 hours.
4.
Roll up prosciutto slices. Thread prosciutto rolls and melon balls alternately on skewers. Serve.
