- 4 thin Turkey cutlets (each about 125 grams)
- 100 grams Feta
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 Tbsps Basil pesto (glass jar)
- 70 grams black, pitted Olives
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 50 milliliters white wine
- 125 grams Whipped cream
- 125 milliliters Chicken broth
- 1 pkg Potato chip

Preparation steps
1.
Tenderize turkey cutlets until somewhat flat and season with salt and pepper.
2.
Spread pesto on cutlets. Crumble on feta and olives. Roll up cutlets and secure with toothpicks.spread with pesto.
3.
Heat butter in a pan and cook rolls on all sides. Add wine, cream and broth. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve rolls with sauce and chips.
