- For the stuffed pork steaks
- 4 Butterfly pork chops
- 4 Basil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers (from the mill)
- 4 tsps Pesto (from the jar)
- 40 grams thinly sliced Salami
- 60 grams Mozzarella
- Wooden skewer (toothpicks)
- 2 tsps vegetable oil
- ground paprika (for dusting)
Preparation steps

For the stuffed pork chops: Rinse the pork and pat dry. Rinse the basil. Season the pork on both sides with salt and pepper to taste. Spread 1 side of the pork with the pesto and place the basil leaves and salami on the other side.

Thinly slice the mozzarella and place on top of the salami. Fold the chops and fasten with a toothpick. Cook on a hot grill, while turning, until cooked through, about 10 minutes.

Brush with oil and season with paprika to taste before serving.
