- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 1 ⅔ cups mixed Ground meat
- 2 ⅔ cups potatoes (peeled and sliced)

- 200 grams Green beans (trimmed)
- 0.01 cup Orange pepper (diced)
- ½ bunch parsley

1 Small skillet, 1 Plate, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Peeler, 1 Blender, 1 Citrus juicer
Preparation steps
1.
Cut the red cabbage in half, remove the stalk and roughly chop the cabbage. Cook the cabbage in half of the vegetable stock over a medium heat, until the stock has evaporated.
2.
Heat the oil and sweat the onions until soft. Add the mince and brown on all sides. Season with salt and pepper.
3.
Chop the savory, mix with the potatoes and put into the bottom of a baking dish.
4.
Scatter the beans over the potatoes with the diced pepper. Put the mince on top and finish with the red cabbage.
5.
Pour the rest of the stock over the casserole and cook in the oven at 180°C (160° fan) 350°F gas 4 for about 1 hour. Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the dish before serving.
