4 small Zucchini
250 milliliters olive oil
Sea salt
freshly ground peppers
8 scallions
8 fresh garlic cloves
1 untreated Lime
1 handful marjoram
4 Cardamom
1 tsp peppercorns

Preparation steps

Rinse the zucchini and cut lengthwise into 5 mm thick slices. Saute in 2 tablespoons of hot oil, until golden brown on both sides. Season with salt and pepper, remove from the pan and distribute into a large jar.

Rinse the scallions and cut into 4-5 cm long pieces. Peel and halve the garlic. Briefly saute the garlic and scallions in 1 tablespoon of hot oil. Season with salt and peppercorns. Add to the zucchini.

Rinse the lime in hot water, dry and halve lengthwise. Cut the lime into thin slices. Rinse the marjoram, pat dry and pluck. Mix the marjoram, lime, cardamom, pepper and the remaining oil. Pour over the vegetables and let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from the refrigerator and serve.
