Rinse, trim, and slice the zucchini. Blanch in boiling salted water. Remove, drain well, and divide into prepared jars. Remove the leaves from the rosemary, and heat with half of the oil. Pour over the zucchini and cover with the remaining oil until everything is well covered.

Seal well, and store in a cool and dark place.
