- For the Marinade
- 2 cloves garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup good-quality olive oil
- 2 sprigs thyme (finely chopped)
- 2 sprigs oregano (finely chopped)
- 1 sprig rosemary (finely chopped)
- coarse salt (to taste)
- freshly ground Black pepper (to taste)
- For the Kebabs
- 3 small Zucchini (peeled in strips and thickly sliced)
- 2 ears Corn (husks removed and thickly sliced)
- 1 red Bell pepper (cut into bite-size pieces)
- 1 yellow Bell pepper (cut into bite-size pieces)
- 1 green Bell pepper (cut into bite-size pieces)
- 4 sweet onions (peeled and cut into quarters)
- 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- wooden Skewer (soaked in cold water for 30 minutes)

For the Marinade:

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, vinegar, oil, herbs, salt and pepper. Set aside.

For the Kebabs:

Prepared the grill for direct grilling. Preheat to medium-high heat.

Skewer the vegetables and rosemary sprigs onto the presoaked wooden skewers, brush generously with marinade. Arrange the skewers on a vegetable grate or directly on the hot grill grate. Brush with marinade occasionally and turn for even cooking, grill 8 to 10 minutes. Serve.
