- 6 Spring roll dough sheet
- 8 leaves Iceberg lettuce
- 2 Mangoes
- 400 grams Smoked trout
- 2 carrots

Preparation steps
1.
Soak the dough sheets according to package instructions in cold water. Then pat dry. Rinse lettuce leaves, shake dry and cut into strips. Peel mango, cut the flesh from the pit and cut into strips. Divide trout into small pieces. Peel carrots and finely grate.
2.
Top lower third of each dough sheet with lettuce, mango, trout and carrots. Turn in edges and roll. Cut each in half and serve with chili sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
