4 Steelhead trout (ready to cook, skinless, each about 180 grams)
1 lemon (juiced)

Preparation steps

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).

Rinse the fish and pat dry, sprinkle with lemon juice, then lighty season with pepper and salt. Remove the garlic and cut into thin slices. Wrap each fish fillet with 2 slices of ham. Cut 8 pieces of parchment paper to about 40 cm (approximately 16 inches) long. Place two pieces together and brush with a little olive oil. Place the salmon on it and top with a few slices of garlic and some dill. Add a few drops of lemon juice and close the packet of parchment paper on the ends with kitchen string. Place the parchment packets on a baking sheet and cook for 10-15 minutes in the preheated oven. Then, remove from the oven, serve on large plates and open the packet at the table. Serve with lemon wedges if desired.
