Preparation steps

1.

Butter 6 muffin cups of a muffin pan. Peel mango and cut into thin strips. Peel and core apples, dice.

Whisk cream with eggs, sugar, almonds and cinnamon. Place apple cubes into muffin cups, top with cream and arrange mango slices on top. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 25 minutes, let cool and gently remove from muffin pan. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve.
