- 150 grams Mangoes (canned)
- 1 Tbsp Gelatin powder
- 3 Tbsps water
- 100 grams sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 350 grams Double cream

Preparation steps
1.
Drain the mango, chop 100 grams into small pieces (approximately 4 ounces) and purée.
Dissolve the gelatin in the water.
Stir the sugar and lemon juice into the mango puree. Add the gelatin and stir.
2.
Whisk the cream with an electric hand mixer until stiff and fold into the purée.
Spoon the mango cream into dessert bowls and chill for about 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Before serving, garnish the mango cream with the remaining mango cubes.
