- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 olive oil
- 1 lg can peeled Tomatoes
- ¼ l fish stock (from a jar)
- ⅛ l white wine
- 20 cooked King prawn
- 1 cooked Lobster tail
- 1 carrot
- 1 small Zucchini
- 1 small Kohlrabi
- 3 Tbsps Sour cream
- salt (and pepper)

Preparation steps

Peel onion and garlic, chop finely and sauté in a pot with olive oil until soft. Add tomatoes with juice, mix and press lightly with a fork. Add fish stock and white wine to the pot, cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove shell from lobster if necessary, divide into pieces, rinse prawns and pat dry.

Puree soup in a blender and pour through a sieve back into the pot. Rinse and peel carrots and kohlrabi and cut both into thin pins. Add carrots and kohlrabi to the pot and simmer for another 5 minutes. Add lobster meat and prawns, mix and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.Add sour cream, mix and season with salt and pepper. Serve in soup bowls or deep plates.
