Preparation steps

1.

Cook the lobster in boiling water for 15 minutes. Remove the lobster from water and let cool. Cut the lobster lengthwise and pull out the meat.

Cook the fusilli pasta according to package directions until al dente and set aside.

Peel the garlic cloves. Rinse, trim and chop the leeks and carrots. Rinse the paprika, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs, and chop.

2.

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water. Drain the tomatoes, peel, remove stalk and seeds, and cut into pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan and saute the garlic briefly in it. Add the vegetables and red beans, and cook for a few minutes while stirring. Pour in the vegetable broth and simmer for about 15 minutes.

3.

Add the cooked fusilli pasta to the soup.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the prawns in it. Let the prawns cool slightly and cut in halves. Cut the lobster meat into small pieces. Add the prawns and losbster meat to the soup. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and serve garnished as desired with pesto.
