Wholemeal pasta not only provides an energy kick, but also scores points with fibre and vitamins of the B group. Goat's cheese not only brings protein onto the plate, but also provides the spicy taste. And rocket salad supports the radiant complexion with beta-carotene.

The pasta is also great to take to the office. Mix all ingredients except the rocket leaves. Add the salad just before eating, so everything stays fresh and crisp.
