Linguine with Tomatoes and Arugula
Cook the linguine in boiling salted water until al dente.
Rinse and halve the tomatoes. Rinse and dry the arugula, then separate the leaves. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat the oil in a pan, and sauté the garlic. Add the tomatoes and sauté briefly. Drain the pasta and mix into the tomato mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer the pasta to plates, sprinkle with the arugula, and serve.
