- 400 grams Linguine
- salt
- Arugula (about 40 g)
- lemons
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 50 grams peeled Walnut
- peppers
- 75 grams Gorgonzola

Preparation steps
1.
Cook the linguine in boiling salted water according to the package directions until al dente. Drain the pasta once cooked.

Rinse and dry the arugula, and tear into small pieces if necessary. Rinse half a lemon in hot water and dry. Grate 1 teaspoon of the zest (use the rest elsewhere).
3.
Heat the oil in a pan and briefly cook the walnuts. Add the arugula and lemon zest. Mix in the drained pasta. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then divide onto plates. Crumble the gorgonzola over the plates as a garnish.
