- 150 grams Double cream
- 2 Limes (Juice)
- 4 Tbsps powdered sugar
- For garnish
- Limes
- Lemon balm

Preparation steps

In a bowl, beat the buttermilk with double cream, lime juice and powdered sugar until well combined and thick.

Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturers' directions. Or pour into a metal bowl and freeze 3-4 hours, stirring every hour to prevent large ice crystals from forming. To serve scoop into bowls and garnish with slices of lime and lemon balm.
