- 2 sticks Leeks
- 2 ripe Apple (such as Boskop)
- 4 Tbsps Orange juice
- 2 Tbsps Lime juice
- 4 Tbsps sesame oil
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 50 grams Walnut
- 100 grams Roquefort cheese
- 2 Tbsps acid Whipped cream
- parsley (for garnishing)

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and dry leeks, cut white and light green parts into thin rings. Rinse and quarter apples, core and cut into slices. Combine with leeks.
2.
Mix orange and lime juices with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss saad with the dressing. Crumble Roquefort. Arrange salad in bowls and sprinkle with cheese and walnuts. Top with dollops of sour cream and garnish with parsley. Serve.
