- 2 cups Raspberries
- 2 Tbsps water
- 1 tsp Corn starch
- sugar (to taste)
- 2 cups Blueberries
- 21 ozs plain Greek yogurt
- 7 ozs raspberry Yogurt
- To decorate
- Raspberries
- Blueberries

Preparation steps
1.
Reserve a few raspberries for the filling.
2.
Heat the remaining raspberries, water and cornflour in a pan. Bring to a boil, stirring. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes until thickened. Sweeten to taste
3.
Remove from the heat and puree in a food processor or blender, then press through a sieve. Set aside to cool.
4.
Layer the plain yoghurt, raspberry puree, a few raspberries and the blueberries in serving glasses. Top with plain yoghurt, then spoon the raspberry yoghurt on top.
5.
Decorate with raspberries and blueberries.
